Twofold produced the most psychiatry-shaped default output of the ten scribes we tested — MSE as a discrete section, medications as a structured list with dose, route, and frequency, and risk assessment separated from the narrative. It ranks first on our rubric for outpatient behavioral-health workflows specifically; it is not the right tool for a large health-system deployment on Epic, and it has a shorter operating history than several competitors.
